The dinner will be held at the historic and magnificent Zofin Palace situated on Slovanský Island on the Vltava River. We anticipate 450 participants to attend the 3 course dinner. The conference dinner sponsor will receive the following benefits:

Water Bottles & Chillers
Water bottles will be available free to all delegates for the duration of the conference. The water bottle sponsor will receive the following benefits

Held on Sunday, 7 June the ‘Welcome Reception’ will be held in the Prague Congress Centre exhibition hall which will hold up to 500 delegates. The drinks reception sponsor will receive the following benefits:

Delegate bag (one sponsor)
The delegate bag will be given to all attendees upon arrival. Delegates will be encouraged to use it for the duration of the event and to take it away with them, to use after the event. The delegate bag sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- Your company name, logo and website address to be printed on the delegate bags

Sponsorship of the Travel Card and Wallet (one sponsor)
An organisation will have the opportunity to raise their brand awareness by sponsoring the Travel Cards and Wallets on the day of the conference dinner - nWedesday 10 th June.
All delegates (approximately 1,200), will receive their travel card in their delegate bag, which will allow them to travel on the metro for the day, and will also be used to travel to the Conference Dinner, which is being held at the historic Monastery Restaurant positioned near Prague Castle.
As a Travel Card and Wallet sponsor, a range of branding opportunities will be made available to you:
- Your company's logo will feature on the CIRED 2009 website under the ‘social events' section with a link to your own site, as the Travel Card and Wallet sponsor
- Your company's logo and website (to appear in one set logo) in two colour on the wallet

Delegate Badge Lanyards
To gain access to the conference and exhibition all delegates and speakers will be required to wear their badge. As the sponsor of lanyards you will receive the following benefits:
