Main Sessions
The author infortmation section makes it clear that the standard offer to every author is participation in the Interactive Poster Session with selected authors invited to present in the main session. (Main session topics listed above). Each selected author will have a 12 minute presentation slot which should enable quality communication with the audience and prepare for good free discussion. We will also set a maximum number of selected presentations in a session. This should leave at least 15 minutes for free discussion in every block and a small time for any ‘quality' prepared contributions (these are to be selected by the chairman).

Poster Sessions
Every author of an accepted paper will be given the possibility to display their work in the CIRED poster session. The location of the posters will be in the exhibition area in Prague . It is expected that most, if not all, authors will take the opportunity to place a poster describing their work in this central position and interact in depth with the delegates. This is the way every author can gain visibility for their work.
There will be a programme of organised interaction via Poster Tours (building on the successful model in 2007). Authors will see a significant number of delegates and be presenting to a small group on the tour.
